Where are the guitar straps made?
The guitar straps are made in the Netherlands, in our own studio and in the local social workshop. Custom Shop models are only made in our own workshop.
How durable is the guitar strap?
The materials for the guitar straps have a low impact on pollution of the planet. Explanations about the materials can be found on the Eco Series page.
https://www.rocknsoul.nl/Eco-Series
The life of the guitar straps depends entirely on use. Cork and Pinatex are less wear-resistant than leather or nylon.
What is the RNS Backbone?
The RNS Backbone is a reinforcement in the end of the guitar strap to prevent tearing. It is made from residual waste polypropylene.
Are other products also made?
Rock 'n Soul makes guitar straps. But since it is all handmade, we can always see what your wishes are. We are open to other requests.
I want a different design in my decoration, is that possible?
Yes certainly that is possible. The frequently used designs can be ordered in the webshop. Do you have a design in mind or do you want to know what is possible, please contact us and we will discuss what is possible.
Are other materials also possible?
Rock 'n Soul consciously chooses to use sustainable materials that are reusable and / or vegetable.
If new interesting and suitable materials are available, we will certainly consider including them in our range.
If you have a special request or suggestion for us, please contact us.
Is it possible to order longer length?
Yes it is also possible to get longer guitar straps with longer wearing lengths than indicated. This requires adjustment in production and we would like to determine this first and discuss it with you.
Why are there B-stock products?
Rock 'n Soul wants to offer products that do not (no longer) meet the set quality requirements, instead of unnecessary destruction. The reason is stated in the offered item and may be damage, deviating finish, demo product, etc.
What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days, with the exception of Custom Shop orders. Custom Shop orders have a planned production time of 1 week.
Accessories are shipped at the same time as any guitar strap ordered.
Delivery abroad depends on the carrier.
How do you ship?
Rock 'n Soul has PostNL as partner. Deliveries of some accessories and guitar straps from the Eco Series and Custom Shop Basic Design are sent in an envelope or letterbox package. Custom Shop Deco Design guitar straps do not go through the mailbox and come in a larger package.
Do I also receive a Track & Trace code?
Rock 'n Soul ships all guitar straps as a (letterbox) package with Track & Trace. You will receive an email with your Track & Trace code for this.
Orders with only accessories are sent in an envelope without Track & Trace.
